Among other obligations, it shall be the obligation of the responsible party to ensure security of the premises at all times that an event is taking place. The policy and procedures defined by resolution shall state requirements of additional security personnel depending on the nature and circumstances of the event. The city reserves the right to, at any time, enter onto the premises during an event, and based on its sole assessment of potential risk to public health and safety, shut down or set additional terms and conditions as to the event at the city’s sole discretion. Should that become necessary all security deposits paid by the applicant shall be forfeited without limitation to any other action the city may take under the rental agreement or at law.
