This charter may be referred to as the 2017 Talent Charter.
Section 2. Name of City.
This section is included in your selections.
The City of Talent, Oregon, continues under this charter to be a municipal corporation with the name City of Talent.
Section 3. Boundaries.
This section is included in your selections.
The city includes all territory within its boundaries as they now exist or hereafter are modified pursuant to state law. The custodian of the City’s records shall keep an accurate, current description of the City’s boundaries and make a copy of the boundary description available for public inspection in the City during regular City office hours.
